Get Homeowner Calls for Your Business

Publicationsdangerous Plumbing is a referral service. We do not employ plumbers. Instead, we connect homeowners who have plumbing trouble with independent local providers. If you run your own plumbing, drain clearing, or sewer repair business, you may be a fit for our network.

This is not a job posting. It is a way for independent contractors to receive calls from homeowners in and around Hubbard.

Who We Are Looking For

We want providers who serve homeowners well. That could be:

  • Emergency plumbers who handle burst pipes and active leaks
  • Drain clearing specialists with cables, jetters, and cameras
  • Sewer line contractors who handle inspection, spot repair, and replacement
  • Small shops that know crawl spaces, older craftsman houses, and newer townhomes

Experience with damp, rainy conditions is a plus, since moss, roots, and soggy soil cause many local calls.

What We Expect

Homeowners are often stressed when they call. We ask network providers to meet a few basic standards:

  • Hold the licenses, permits, and insurance your area requires.
  • Be honest about what you can and cannot do.
  • Give a clear written quote before starting work.
  • Explain what a homeowner can safely try and what needs a pro.
  • Respond to referred callers with courtesy and care.
  • Be straight about timing, and do not overpromise.

You remain an independent business. You set your own prices, schedule, and methods. Publicationsdangerous Plumbing does not direct your work.

How the Referral Model Works

Homeowners call or send a request. We route them to a provider in our network that serves their area. You talk with them, offer a quote, and the homeowner decides. Providers may pay Publicationsdangerous Plumbing for referrals, and we will explain the terms before you join.

How to Apply

Send a short email to contact@publicationsdangerous.living. Please include:

  • Your business name and the towns you serve
  • The services you offer
  • Your license and insurance details
  • Your preferred way and times to reach you

We will review your note and reply with next steps.
