Disclaimer: What This Site Is and Is Not

Last updated: October 2026

Please read this notice before you use publicationsdangerous.living. This page is a general template and is not legal advice.

A Referral Service, Not a Plumber

Publicationsdangerous Plumbing is a referral and marketing service. We connect homeowners with independent plumbing providers. We do not do emergency plumbing, leak repair, drain cleaning, sewer line repair or any other plumbing work. If someone works in your home, that person is an independent provider and not Publicationsdangerous Plumbing.

No Endorsement, No Warranty

Being connected with a provider does not mean we endorse that provider. We make no promise about the quality, timing, cost or results of anyone's work. We also cannot promise that a provider will be available in your area at a given time. Each provider answers for its own licenses, permits, insurance and conduct.

For General Information

What you read here is general information. It is not professional, legal, insurance, health or financial advice. Plumbing problems differ, and what fits one home may not fit another. Talk to a qualified plumber about your own situation.

About Costs

Any prices on this site are typical U.S. ranges. They are not quotes. They change with the job, the location, the materials, the time of day and how big the problem is. Ask the provider for a written estimate before any work starts.

About Insurance

What we say about insurance is general. We cannot tell you whether your policy covers a loss. Coverage depends on your policy and on your insurer's decision, so ask your insurer or agent.

Stay Safe

Plumbing trouble can involve electrical hazards, gas appliances, hot water and contaminated wastewater. Do not take risks. If you smell gas, leave the home and contact your gas utility from outside. If you think anyone's life or safety is in danger, contact local emergency services first.

How Publicationsdangerous Plumbing Gets Paid

Publicationsdangerous Plumbing may receive payment from providers or marketing partners when we connect them with homeowners. Our Referral Marketing Disclosure has the details.

Accuracy of the Content

We try to keep this site correct and up to date. We do not warrant that it is complete or that it has no errors.
