How to Raise a Complaint

Last updated: October 2026

We want every homeowner who reaches Publicationsdangerous Plumbing to be treated fairly and honestly. If something went wrong, tell us. This page shows how to file a complaint and what to expect afterward. It is a general template and is not legal advice.

What You Can Tell Us About

You can write to us about:

  • Your experience when you called or contacted Publicationsdangerous Plumbing
  • The way your personal information was handled
  • Anything on this site that seems unclear or wrong
  • The conduct of a plumber we connected you with

If the Problem Is With a Provider

The plumbers in our network are independent businesses. They answer for their own estimates, prices, work and customer service. If you are unhappy with work done in your home, the usual first step is to take it up with the plumber directly and keep a written record.

We still want to hear about it. Feedback on providers helps keep our network honest. A provider that repeatedly falls short of what we expect may be removed from the network. Please know that Publicationsdangerous Plumbing cannot settle contract disputes, refund a provider's work or make decisions for a provider.

Sending Your Complaint

Email contact@publicationsdangerous.living and include:

  • Your name and how to reach you
  • The date you contacted us or the plumber
  • The phone number you called or the form you used, if you remember
  • The plumbing provider's name, if you know it
  • A clear account of what happened and what outcome you would like

After You Write

We will confirm we received your complaint by email, usually within a few business days. We then look into what happened, which may include contacting the provider. After that, we reply with what we found and any steps we are taking.

Still Not Happy?

If our reply does not satisfy you, answer it and ask us to take another look. You may also reach out to your state's consumer protection office or attorney general, or to your local Better Business Bureau. For problems with the plumbing work itself, your state or local plumbing licensing board may be able to help.
