Publicationsdangerous Plumbing is a referral service for homeowners with plumbing trouble. We are a middleman, and we say so up front. We do not send out vehicles, carry tools, or fix pipes. Independent local providers do that.
Myth or fact? "Any plumbing problem is a job for a wrench and a YouTube video." Some are. Many are not. People often lose time and money because nobody told them where DIY ends.
So this site does two things. It explains in simple words what a homeowner can safely try. Then it helps you reach a provider when the job needs professional equipment.
You can usually do a few things yourself. Find your main shut-off valve. Turn off the water to a single fixture. Use a plunger on a sink or toilet. Move belongings away from a leak.
Leave the rest to a pro. That includes burst pipes inside walls, repeated backups, sewer smells, and anything involving the main line. Pros bring cameras, powered cutters, and training you cannot rent at the corner store.
When you call or send a request, we route you to an independent provider in our network that serves your area. Availability depends on the provider. Some can respond quickly, and others may schedule a visit. Request a callback to check provider availability.
The provider talks with you about the problem, explains the next step, and gives you a quote. You decide whether to hire them.
We ask providers in our network to be honest and clear. That means:
Each provider is an independent business. They set their own prices, schedules, and methods.
We do not do plumbing work, set prices, or promise a response time. We also do not make insurance decisions. Some policies may cover sudden damage, so check your policy. Providers can often help document damage for a claim.
Transparency matters here. Providers may pay Publicationsdangerous Plumbing for connecting them with homeowners who need help. You pay the provider for the work, at the price in your written quote. Asking for an estimate does not obligate you to hire anyone.
Tell us what is going on, and we will point you to a provider near you. You can also write to contact@publicationsdangerous.living with a general question.
